Great narratives exist all around us - they don’t need to be “crafted”, only uncovered with patience and inquiry
I am an engineer, designer and storyteller, and engage all three practices in my work, which centers around human health, happiness and prosperity. My career has taken me inside government, corporate, academic and civil society organizations, where I have worked across a breadth of disciplines, from high-level policy creation to front-line service delivery.
As many organizations focus on scaling impact by growing their operations, I find myself increasingly drawn instead to working at the individual level. My highest capabilities are activated by the intimacy and connection this offers. In supporting someone to elevate the quality of their life, the ripple effect on the communities they belong to and serve can be significant, creating impact at scale.
I am currently focusing on ethnographic explorations of how we engage with the spaces, artifacts, rituals and relationships in our daily lives, and the ways in which this might shift across different life stages and family structures. I have a special interest in designing for neurodivergence, caregiving, and navigating transitions.
My goal is to develop tools and practices that help us deepen our attention to how we exist within the lives we have built, and intention to building the lives in which we wish to exist, opening up pathways to a greater sense of personal freedom and wellbeing.
